Terms of Service

Wild Week is run by Recoup Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”). By using Wild Week you agree to these terms.

What Wild Week does

You upload photos. Our software writes a short comedic script about them, an AI-generated voice narrates it, and we render a video. The narration is comedy written by AI: it may be inaccurate, and it is not a statement of fact about anyone.

Your photos and permission

• You keep ownership of your photos and your videos.
• You give us permission to store and process your photos only to make and deliver your videos.
• We never use your photos or videos in our ads or marketing unless you sign a separate written release first.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people appear in them, you are responsible for having their permission, and a parent's or guardian's permission for anyone under 18.
• Don't upload nudity, violence, illegal content, or photos of documents or screens with private information.

Plans, billing and renewal

• The first 5 seconds of each episode are free. Full episodes need a paid plan.
• Weekly ($11.99 per week), 6-month ($49.99 every 6 months) and Yearly ($69.99 per year) plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and sales tax may be added where required.
• The Yearly launch price of $69.99 is available to new subscribers through December 31, 2026.
• Founding Member is a one-time $149 payment, limited to the first 500 members, and gives access for as long as Wild Week operates. Nothing renews.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a video, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or try to abuse the service, for example by bypassing the paywall or overloading our systems.

Limits

Wild Week is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
