Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Recoup Digital LLC (“we”), which runs Wild Week, collects and why. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Photos you upload, to make your video.
• Your email address, when you create an account, to sign you in and send account emails.
• Plan and payment status from Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, only to limit how many episodes one visitor can make per day.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and narration audio are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• If you make a preview and don't save it to an account, it stops working after 24 hours and its photos and audio are deleted within 3 days.
• Finished videos are hosted by our video provider and expire after 30 days unless you save them.
• Your account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage.
• Google (Gemini API): reads your photos to write the script.
• ElevenLabs: turns the script text into narration. It does not receive your photos.
• Creatomate: assembles your photos and narration into the video.
• Stripe: payments. Vercel: hosts this website.

Children

Wild Week accounts are for adults 18 and over. Parents may include their own children in their photos; the parent is responsible for that choice. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything linked to it. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you have these rights by law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
